Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. MeshRoute Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no renewal, no card kept on file for a later charge, and nothing to cancel.
How do I get my license after paying?
Stripe returns you to a page with a one-press unlock link, and the same license key is emailed to you. Keep the email: it is how you unlock Pro again after a reinstall.
How many Macs does one license cover?
One Mac per license. If you replace or rebuild that Mac you can move the license across; repeated transfers meant to share one key are limited.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to buy and to unlock. The mesh itself is device-to-device and never needs a router or an internet connection, including all of Pro.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days and we refund it, no reason needed. Email support@meshroute.app with the address you paid with. The Terms of Use have the detail.
What if something goes wrong?
Email support@meshroute.app with your license key or the address you paid with, and we will sort it out.
